2026 SENIOR CLASS PICTURES AND AWARDS

The 66th graduating class from Waggener has made their final walk down the halls, donned the cap and gown, grabbed that diploma, and now off to change the world! We congratulate them!

So here’s our freshest group of Alumni – 2026 Class Page

Many were awarded scholarships, awards, and recognition on Senior Awards Day – here are the ones that are made possible by your Alumni Association:

2026 Barry Master Scholars

David Iyun

Lillie Gernert

Yostin Da Silva

Beth Kays Snowden, J.D. – Pre-Law Teacher / Mock Trial Coach

We are honored to recognize three Pre-Law students whose achievements reflect perseverance, hard work, and dedication. These students have each overcome personal challenges while maintaining top ranks in their class – earning high marks even in their rigorous dual credit courses.

These three students don’t only excel in their academics, but are active in school life, serve as leaders to their peers, and have built strong respectful relationships with their teachers and coaches. They exemplify the highest standards of scholarship, character, and leadership. In addition to their own gavel and block set, the recipients of this award are each receiving a $1,000 scholarship to be used at the post-secondary institution of their choice. Congratulations to this year’s Outstanding Pre-Law students.

2026 David Baker Memorial Scholarship

This year’s David Baker Memorial Scholarship was presented to:

Sarah Racela

by David’s classmate, Jen Walters Petry.

The WHSAA Scholarships took a hiatus this year as we re-tool the application and award selection process, as well as adjust the overall nature of academic support for Waggener students.
